I was having a hard time sleeping through the night without waking multiple times until I started taking Serenity tincture or Serenity tea before bed. I now sleep uninterrupted through the night and wake up feeling rested. As an added bonus I have the most amazing vivid dreams.
I have also found it beneficial for headaches.
My daughter was kicked in the shin by a horse very hard while riding. It was not her first time being injured riding so she was expecting a lot of bruising and pain.

Was looking forward to trying this product. I deal with migraines, fibromyalgia, OA, and scoliosis. It didn't really help with any of the pain I experience. I took it daily for about 2 weeks 2-3 times a with no noticeable pain relief. I will keep looking. The other 2 products I purchased (Regenerate and neuroFX) are wonderful.
Have been using a powder version of Lion's Mane for a couple of years and am now transitioning to neuroFX. So far so good! There has been no loss of focus or memory and am experiencing a slight improvement in numbness from neuropathy in my feet over the other product. I am expecting more improvement as my body adapts to this new product with time.
