Take 0.5-1.5 ml up to three times daily or as directed by your medical herbalist, under the the tongue or diluted in beverage of choice. Shake before use. Keep out of direct sunlight.

I started taking balance December 1, 2025 - it's now February, so it's been about 3.5 months. And it works so well.
Before I starting taking balance, I was having painful periods (pain starting a day or two before), breaking out around my jaw, and my mood was terrible a good chunk of the month. I was barely surviving not thriving, and stressed to the max.
Now, my period has surprised me twice with no pain before as the heads up it was coming, just mild cramps the first day or so. I hardly get a pimple now. And my husband has been commenting on how much my mood has changed for the better. My life stresses have remained the same, but I just generally feel more prepared and "balanced" to take them on.
Honestly it's an incredible product. I was skeptical that it could help when I was feeling so all over the place, but it's done wonders for me, and in turn my family.

Game Changer yes, But actually a Life Changer. After 16 years of going to doctors for help with extremely heavy menstruation 2-3 times per month. Doctors just prescribe an IUD as a bandaid but each time it was removed I was back to suffering with low iron.
